We checked this Company as well as the internet provides. A small problem we noticed was:

Regulation 2731 - Use of False or Fictitious Name

Unauthorized use of fictitious business name

Commissioner's Regulation 2731 states that a licensee shall not use a fictitious name in the conduct of any activity for which a license is required under the Real Estate Law unless the licensee is the holder of a license bearing the fictitious name. Brokers should periodically check their license status with the Department to be sure that their license bears the fictitious name(s) they are using. Many brokers cited for violation of this regulation believed that having the dba registered with the county was sufficient to allow them to use it in their real estate business.

Oh Well - who cares about details. We asked and Daniel Irwin (September 2012) stated that the Department of Real Estate had not updated the information yet.

This blog is about a new Property Management Company located in Elk Grove California.

READ WHY WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. 

They manage rental properties in Northern California and use multiple names ( a bit confusing ):

• Eagle Management,
• Eagle Property Management,
• Eagle Investment Management

There are three owners - one is a licensed broker - two have salesperson licenses from the Department of Real Estate (DRE).

No staff.

They have an office - (somewhat difficult to figure out how to find them) - at:

9245 Laguna Springs Drive Suite 202 Elk Grove, CA 95757

They have a website with property management functions - from RealPage - a software called propertyware.

Eagle wants to take over the Sacramento market - and - maybe - the World. Good Luck !!

What else do you need ? They have it all !!! They even have C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors) Contracts which they fill in and ALSO Addendum.

Wow - who would doubt that these people are tops.

Its even worse than you thought! BEWARE DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!

You wont have to look very far to find that Eagle Property Management Company/investments inc/ ect. before you find that this company is not very popular. 

And for good reason. 

They work with many aspects of the real estate buisness. Josh Bussey is a Broker he also is a property management company and last but not least he works with investors and is also an investor himself. 

He is invested upon himself your hard earned money and your home if given the chance. God forbid you should sign a contract without reading all the fine print and the REALLY fine and so on. Like I did. 

The contracts these people produce are specially drafted with you and your particular situation in mind. by Attorney Mr. Mathew Scott who just happens to specialize in estate management. 

Where does Josh Bussey get many of his clients from? Clients that need to sell homes for a probate estate or whatever... You guessed it Mr. Mathew D. Scott I know because I am one of them. 

This blog will be followed by another blog so that I can share my whole miserable experience with you.

Its far from over and Im going to need others who were affected by these con men to please share their experience. 


So where was I? Ah yes, The contracts. I WISH somebody had warned me...but I didnt know and now its far to late. The un breachable not breakable contract is designed to Rob me from every different angle they possibly can. Why? Because they keep getting away with it. Then of course its divided up among Josh Bussey and everybody else who has their hands in your pocket. Even Attorney Mathew D. Scott . Please read the follow up blog i will be posting tomorrow. 

These guys are about to take me to the cleaners and I like to hear from others. PLEASE save yourself the heart break! DO NOT! DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY STEAL THEY LIE AND WANT NOTHING MORE THAN TO TAKE WHATEVER THEY CAN IF GIVEN THE CHANCE. Thank You.
