We answered Mr. Scott on December 12th and 19th, 2012.
No further communications.

Eagle Management does not ever answer - and their 30-minute free consultation with their prestigious lawyer Mr. Scott must be up.

We are presently preparing our various lawsuits and reports to the Department of Real Estate Commissioner.

We will report Mr. Matthew Scott to the State Bar Association for writing this letter of "coercion - extortion".

Obviously - this is not worth our time, however, we are making an effort to protect others from this "company".

Mr Matthew carefully avoided our claims that we will pursue EM for any damages resulting from their negligences - etc.as seen below and written in multiple documents.

I continue to receive reminder notices from Pay Pal regarding your request for a payment of $243.72.  This payment requests includes a proration of rent ($183), Pay Pal fees ($37.35) and a proration of utilities ($23.37).

As stated in the letter sent to you on 12/6/12 by my attorney, Matthew Scott, the only amount we are willing or obligated to pay is the proration of rent in the amount of $183.  As soon as your payment request reflects this amount, I will remit your payment.

Frankly, the $60.72 that you refuse to pay - is not of significant importance and should be the least of your worries.

Real estate properties are a large investment that should not be entrusted to "companies" like yours.

We will continue until we have reached this goal. Obviously our time invested is worth far more than $60.72 Mr. Bussey.

This is our goal and payment of the invoice sent will not release you of all the other pending legal infractions you have committed. We believe it is in your best interest to stop irritating us.

We do advise you that you should have your "attorney" read our partial answers recently posted with documented facts - and pay what you legally owe us at this time.

The site is not close to finished - nor the five + others we will be posting for maximum Internet Search Engine exposure (SEO - see attached SERP). We believe there is enough at this moment for you - your "attorney" - and the rest of the world to see that the documented legal facts prove our claims.
